Conference Halls
The Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal has a Press Room and a further conference room, the Smyrna. Passengers who wish to hold a meeting at the airport can also use the fully equipped TAV meeting room.

Health services are offered by the Port Clinic and Public Health Services at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport.

Location: International Terminal Departure Floor
 
Having an intensive care unit full equipped and a medical team (a doctor, an anesthesia technician, and driver trained to give first-aid), PortClinic is giving service for 24/7 in domestic and international terminals. In other words, PortClinic is in charge of emergency cases via its ambulances and giving 1st step of health care services by its experienced medical staff and the necessary equipment.

Lost and Found
The Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal Lost and Found Office aims to reunite items lost in the terminal as well as the car park with their owners. The Lost and Found Office is located in the arrivals level of the terminal.

Left Luggage
A Left Luggage service will be open to the public in the near future, situated at Arrivals.

Meeting Points
Two separate meeting points are located on either side landside on the International Arrivals level.                       

Luggage wrap
The luggage wrap is situated at Departures.

Massage chairs
Two coin-operated massage chairs are situated airside.

Porter Services
Porter services come to the rescue on those occasions when baggage trolleys aren't big enough to carry all that a passenger needs to carry; porter services are located at the entrances to the International Departures level and by the baggage belts on the Arrivals level.

Gift Shop
The souvenir shops on the Departures level of the terminal offer a wide range of souvenirs specific to Turkey and Izmir.

Bookshop
Local and foreign publications, as well as music and films on CD or DVD, are available at two shops on the Departures level, landside and airside.

Buffet
Packed food and drinks are available at the buffet that also offers gifts such as Turkish Delight and candied chestnuts

Public Telephones

• Departures (Airside)
 Four public telephones are situated on the Departures level just before   the gates: Two immediately after Passport Control and two by Gates 28  and 33.
• Departures (Landside)
 Eight public telephones are situated on the Departures level: Three   opposite the first check-in desk, three opposite the check-in desk    numbered 66 and two by the top floor meeting room landside.
• Arrivals (Landside)
 Six public telephones are situated on the arrivals level: Three by the   Information Desk and another three by the car hire desks.
• Baggage Redemption
  Two public telephones are located opposite baggage carousels two
 and five.
• Arrivals (Airside/Custom's Area)
 Two public telephones are situated on the Arrivals level, one each by   Gates 31 and 32.

Masjid:
A masjid, has been allocated for the use of men and women. It is located off the Food Court Area in the landside area of the International Terminal. Another masjid is located in the airside of the Terminal, in the Custom's Area just opposite the Burger King restaurant. Both masjids are open 24 hours a day.
