Due course of law, the duty-free products could only be purchased by passengers traveling at international lines with passports at duty-free stores located within the airports and are not allowed to be sold online. The “TAV” and “Paris Aeroport” logos and names are illegally used on these websites and necessary legal actions will be taken immediately against the matter. In order to avoid any suffering, we would like to bring to the public attention that no websites selling duty-free products online should be respected and TAV Group Companies and/or partners cannot be held liable from any sales processes or products sold through these websites under no circumstances.

The Tax-Free Office is located at the International Terminal. You should go there to complete the required procedures. After you are finished there, you can obtain a refund from the Tax-Free Office desk next to the Information Desk.
