Ferry Lines

Ferry Services: To improve public transportation and offer easier and more comfortable options more ferry services are now available. As a result, intervals between trips on the Karsiyaka- Bostanli and Konak route are now every 20 minutes and the piers have been re-arranged accordingly. There are a total number of 8 services from Bostanli, Karsiyaka, Bayrakli, Alsancak, Pasaport, Konak, Goztepe and Uckuyular.

Ferry Boat Services: The journey time is only 25 minutes on the ferry boats, which offer regular service between Uckuyular and Bostanli Piers for those who wish to avoid traffic. The first service from Bostanli is at 07:20 on weekdays and Saturdays and at 10:00 on Sundays with a last service departing at 22:40. The first service from Uckuyular is at 07:20 on weekdays and Saturdays and at 10:00 on Sundays with a last service departing at 23:20. Transportation to connection points at Uckuyular and Bostanli piers are provided on buses under the “Uniting People” transportation scheme.

Transportation between midnight and morning is provided on buses operating 24 hours.

As per this schedule; buses listed below depart from the Ferry Pier side in front of Council building in Konak.

• 63 Konak - Bornova (Konak, Montro, Alsancak, Zafer Payzan, Manavkuyu)
• 104 Konak - Buca (Varyant, Esrefpasa, Menderes Cad., Heykel, Buca Uckuyular)
• 152 Konak - Gaziemir (Ucyol, Karabaglar, Sosyal Konutlar )
• 180 Konak - Balcova (Varyant, İnonü Cad., F.Altay)
• 542 Cigli - Konak (Kahveler Duragi, Anadolu Cad., Girne Bulvari, Karsiyaka, Altinyol, Talatpasa, Konak)

These services start at 05:55 from Karsiyaka and Cigli both ways and run until 05:55 at one hour intervals. The last ferry services are at 01:00 from Konak, 01:15 from Alsancak and 00:30 from Karsiyaka.
